I will say again .... this person is not fit for the position that has in the alliance. 
His judgment does not exceed the IQ of a 5 year old child........He cost me a crystal.... just for him to accept me in the alliance and removed me a min after. I suggest to all NON Russian Speakers to find something better to do when waste their time with these people.
