I have stolen officer, so I think that every officer must have "certificate of ownership" ... which belongs to the game of course, not to players.

This is not fair play as I attacked pirates but suddenly appear many scourges and my fleet was gone ... so I am saying bye bye to this freak game, I am quitting.
