I'd like it if they did something like what happens with the resources hidden in caches.  Any ships of an offline player protected by the hanger and FAS are exposed, like the resources, and can be destroyed in an attack/raid.

Make things easier, and help us save fuel.  So I'd only give it a 35% chance that it will happen.  Can't make this too easy for us.
