added more resources , F5 key , Ctrl + F5 , the number did not change

Build quantity for Interceptors/Assaulters is also limited by the level of Hangar and amount of Carriers. Was there enough capacity on the target planet to fit more than 31985 extra units?
265 Interceptors + 31985 equals 32250, which is exactly the capacity of 5th Hangar with one Carrier. So I suspect that's a capacity limit.

i have level 6 hangar

so you need the carriers present on the planet as well ?

I see, the table uses a formula that's slightly different from what is stated in the description. It's off by one level, so it's 6th Hangar that has the capacity of 31250.

Their capacities sum up, so you need either Hangar or Carriers, not necessarily both.
