Combat simulator deficiency, Hangar level is specified but ignored in simulation

Description:
Combat simulator Level3 ignores (TOSS) Hangar level by calculating the interceptor and assaulter damage.

Actions required to repeat the problem:
The simulator should take the hangar level into consideration if the user has defined it.

Cannot reproduce this problem. Here's a sample simulation, where no technologies or specializations are applied to Interceptors, except Hangar 6, and their damage is increased by ~87% (which is expected from Hangar of that level).

Please provide more information.

After investigation, we discovered this wasn't a bug. Hangar bonus is only applied to defenders of its planet, so in simulations where Interceptors are on attacking side its bonus doesn't apply. This is intended behavior.
