Fleet in combat they never participated in hours after the battle., Fleet trapped in combat, can merge them.

Actions required to repeat the problem:
No idea, but i have 4 fleets trapped in this stupid loop and i cant merge them into one fleet, they are running out of gas from me trying to merge them back together and now one is trapped attacking a planet and i can't recall it.
Please help i can't send them home if i can't merge them because of gas and they will be sniped if i leave them in high orbit with no defences.
They are currently in battle for 1hr 45 minutes and in warp at the same time.
