no you can not destroy the capital it is off limits for planetary attack

you sellect the planet you want to change to capital, but be carfull you only get 1 free change after this it cost to change
you go to the planet you want as capital in the left side overview in the box that gives you the field and dimention click on the"rename/leave" tab and there is the choice to make capital

i know to send for 999 hours but the option to return somewhere else would mean i could come out safe, rather than having to wait for someone to move

i have a idea that would help the unbalace of strong player attacking weak players
sending flleet from the planet is dangerous as many can phalanx so a trick if no moon is send from cords however really strong players with emperor can see coordinates and even though they can not attack as newbie cover will not allow, they can put in a collector and set as harvest and stay for days and trap returning fleet of us noobs.
a way around this for the sake of ballance is to allow the retun tab to give a option of where to return rather then back to where it started but give the option to change return address.
so wheather its a defending/ocupying/harvest or expedition when you click return a tab opens to say return fleet it should give a coordinate option.
so the send from planet under fleet tab would not change but a extra option once the fleet has stoped similar to the sending option of a defening fleet!

as the droids green red or blue are covered by the nexus and not the hangar there should be a second tab within the fas to shows exactly what droids are covered, at present you have to manualy work it out

i bought full protector on my terran and zerj under a agreement of what i was getting and the cover received, but then they cut it.
