Description:
Tvister flying ops away using insect4. I get into position and fly capture mission to OPS. I arrive within insect cool-down period and win battle. My fleet sits on OPS and colonisation timer starts counting down from 2 hrs. Tvister OPS still starts flying to next system! And my fleet kicked out to High orbit
