So if you have 2 planets with a lvl 10 research lab and if you build a second nano laboratory on 1 of your colonies does it then allso give a 50% reseach speed reduction?

nope you actually dont you can can build intergalactick tech wich i havnt builded yet so i dont know how it works will find out tomorow
