I had a phoenix attack and it destroyed 7 of my planets. How can this happen? I calculated everything and even with 1000 matriach it would never be able to destroy my planets. Only 2 of my planets which ı defended were not destroyed. What the heck are you admins doing there? I played over 1 year to construct those planets. Also all my fleets are also destroyed now. What can I do now huh? Do you want to loose players so much???
I want all my planets and army back or at least compensate my losses. You calculator is calculating wrong!!!!!!!

Also, where are my ships which were under FAS protection? They all vanished!! Also 2 of my moon's are also destroyed!

And all this especially at the last 2 days during the Santa Claus event?

At last I have to inform you that all my recyclers and small attack fleets which were recycling at that moment are still outside and I can not recall them back. They are using one slot each and there is no way to let them destruct themselves. So what can I do now? My slots are full with collecting recyclers who can not return.

Thats realy bad and extreme. Possible you write to developers, too.
I am sure in this extreme case they help.

never heared from that extreme phoenix. Just think because of massive changes
those shit can happen because all need to be balanced again.

They can't do without try and error.

I realy hope they help you. I guess you need a little passion.
 

Your destroyed moons - I can not understand.
Is it possible to see a battle report???  As my knowledge moon destruction is difficult this days.
