How is this happening? You are allowed to have up to 9 moons around your planet, right? Why can I not have my insect and moon together?

Actually you can have 10 moons around your planet.

When a new moon appears on coordinates the collapse is possible.

When it happens:
1. Moon creation
2. Insect parking (last jump)
3. Space station teleport

The collapse can occur with some chance. The more moons was on coordinates - the higher chance of the collapse. New moon is excluded.

1  moon = 1%
2  moon = 3%
3  moon = 4%
4  moon = 7%
5  moon = 10%
6  moon = 15%
7  moon = 23%
8  moon = 40%
9  moon = 90%
10 moon = 100%

So when 11`th moon appear always is 100% of collapse.

You own moons can collapse with your other moon. But Insect always tries to find enemy first, if there is no enemy Insect hits somebody`s else moon randomly (including your own moons).
