During the expedition i have found "accelerate the construction of buildings by 1 hour" three times. If i understand well, time for build any construction will be decrease -3h.
But for example: On the moon, The shipyard (level 0) -> construction time 0:34. I expect that construction time should be 00:00, because of -3h acceleration
