Hi, i wanna report bug about recall fleet after warm up time .
When the warm up time end and you recall the fleet after 1 second the cost of fuel that it use for that distance get lost and not back with the fleet that you recall , and even worst it didn't count as wasted fuel for Raids .

As I understood, you want to report two problems:
1) Fuel is not returned after warmup time.
2) Fuel is not counted for Raids if fleet has been recalled.
The first point is not a bug definitely, because it is described in the Warmup feature description:
"If you cancel the order to the fleet before the end of warm up, 90% of fuel costs will return." - So nothing return if warmup time bypassed.
As for second point, you recalled the fleet and the fleet didn't do "the raid". Should it be counted? - I don't think so. If it counted upon recall, then everyone can just recall big fleet for long distances and get high Raids level without actually performing any raids.

1: My fleet are in coordination ( i send them for hunt or defence or whatever ) :
