Unfortunately, they will not do anything about this as it is a part of the normal game play and technically outside their control. So long as the players are following the rules set by the game, they are doing nothing wrong and that debris is free and clear to be gobbled by anyone, if the ones attacking Montana are unable to scoop it up themselves. Since the 'hyenas' are not hitting players while doing the quest and just debris farming, while sucky is perfectly legit. The only way to put a stop to this is to try to 'force' them out but again since they are doing nothing wrong game wise, this could lead to a major sh*t storm across the game, unless its done unilaterally and in full agreement with all....i seriously doubt thats going to happen either.
