Battle declared as draw when all enemies are dead...
Sometimes a battle says "The battle ended as a draw" for no obvious reason...
Take these two:

The pirates were dead after round 4 in both battles and there was nothing special, no fleet entering or leaving.
I think it doesn't make a big difference if it's called draw, but it makes me nervous when I see a draw in my battle list ;) Most of the time, my recyclers are already flying to that location ;)
P.S.: Minor note: The correct English translation is "The Battle finished with a draw", not "with draw" :) (and "finished AS a draw" would be even better)

oh ok... well, I didn't retreat, but I often just watch the battle in the fleet list and send the fleet to the next location when all enemies are dead... maybe I moved on one second too fast...

Yes, if you retreat or fly from the battle in any direction, you can't win the battle) Not a bug.
