First. Your gun does depending on level only 1 shoot per minute.
So stat can take 1 minute until it shows hitting.
 
Second.
Shooting a Pirate OPS you first ever hit PDs or better say
Shields of PDs.
Depending on power of your gun - you can shoot 1 PDs in some days

Only after ald PDs are down and other shields, too you hit structure of PPS.

i have a few remarks,

as you can see in my pictures, i hit the station every 30 seconds and of course i know that, thats why i wrote after a few minuts

The structure of the OPS is the sum main structure + its shields+structure from buildings
if i hit the ops with the graviton canon the structure falls down (every 30 sec with a gun shoot). I make with my station 1100 dmg every 30 sec, that means i kill one planetary defence (PD) every 12-13 hours (1,5 kk structure damage)
of course the 100% menu shown in the graviton canon menu falls if all shields are down. i meant the structure indicated in spy reports or in the map with the 100 vespen cost tab which shows the total structure


For the admins,
my station now makes damage again.
 the grapical problem remains (still no shooting picture in the graviton canon menu)
