Total Research Points, Wrong calculation of total research points
My total "Points for the Research" as those are seen in Infrastructure screen are wrong.
I base my bug report in the formula:
( ( Total Metal Spent for All Research Levels ) / 4 + ( Total Mineral Spent for All Research Levels ) / 2 + ( Total Vespene Spent for All Research Levels ) ) / 1000 = Total Research Points
The value reported at the screen is 36 points higher than what it should be based on the above formula ( I have asked other users and I have found difference even of 1 000).
I suspect that if one start a research, and cancel it before the completion (after completion is not possible), then the resources are considered as spent for research.
If this is the case, this is a bug because does not reflect the exact current research status of the player.
Please correct!
