
Innovation in transferring exchanges to satellites, Appeal to the administration, search for a compromise

After the recent, unannounced innovation regarding the transfer of Xerg arboretums to satellites, there was a lot of discontent among the players.
A huge part of the players lost the ability to buy or sell anything. I think the turnover, as well as the withdrawal of HD from the project in the form of a commission, will fall significantly. Over the past week after the innovation, the maximum exchange level on the server has not risen above level 2, and I think this is an isolated case.
Let me remind you that this is already the second cut of the exchanges, first there was just a cut in range, now there is a cut in range through the cost of construction.
I understand that the innovation is planned, invested in the budget / labor costs, and its cancellation is unlikely. But I would like to propose a compromise for consideration by the senators. And if approved by the Senate, ask the administration to consider our proposal.
So:
1. Security of exchanges.People spent years building defenses to protect their exchanges on planets. After moving to satellites, the exchanges received 5kk of basic structure, no defense, and the inability to maneuver in local cores.I propose to allow the construction of Dunkleosteus on an already built exchange without the presence of an entity.This will allow such a valuable object to be saved from being quickly destroyed by a ram in the early stages of the conflict.2. Cost of construction.After this innovation, the cost of building the previous, so to speak, basic, third level of the exchange with a working radius of 30 systems has increased 7 times. Before the change, the cost of building was approximately 110kk unires (20kk metal, 40kk minerals and 64kk vespa), now this is the cost of the first level. To return to the old working radius, you need to spend approximately 775kk unires (140kk metal, 280kk minerals and 448kk vespa). I consider this increase in cost excessive.I propose to set the cost of the first level of the arboretum at 5kk metal, 10kk minerals and 16kk vespa with a price increase coefficient equal to two.This will reduce the cost of the third level to the previous (20kk metal, 40kk minerals and 64kk vespa), but the total cost of building the first three levels will increase to 195kk unires (35kk metal, 70kk minerals and 112kk vespa) against 110kk before the innovation.
Considering that players did not receive any compensation for both exchange cuts, and now they will have to restore the radii again, the price looks fair.
3. Commissions for exchange owners.At the moment, the owner's commission for selling lots on his exchange is 0.1% of the lots (not to be confused with the commission in hides, 100% of which goes to the administration). The payback period used to be several years, not counting the resources invested in defense. Now there is no point in even calculating the payback.I propose to increase the commission for owners to 0.1% for each exchange level.The point is optional, but has been long overdue. It became relevant due to the work of exchanges from the first level.
The proposal is complex and is put to a vote in a single point. If there is disagreement with any of the points, write about it in the comments. If there are a significant number of such, I will create a new topic.

beercrazy, still this is alot even for basic entry to the bestery market to buy you need level 1 costing the same price of the old lvl3 bestery to own your own all this is a money grab for people to buy the resources to build up level 3 again like when they pulled out the reserch levels from us to recaculate

Я серьёзно. Разработка "сети дендрариумов" отменена ввиду бесполезности строительства площадок в случае её реализации. Защита дендр от сноса дунями пока не продумана (гидралы?).

VasyaMalevich, может всетаки хотябы в рамках одного владельца реализовать сеть? Так как вы режите дальность, это бы решило проблему дальности действия биржи. Если биржа видит свою другую биржу то сеть работает в сторону видимости биржиQuote: VasyaMalevich
Защита дендр от сноса дунями пока не продумана
Так рассмотрите возможность автоматического уклонения от тарана ( даже случайного образования луны на координатах), биржа будет сама уходить от любого тарана за исключения если ее не поймают предварительно лучами.14 hours ago

Любой нормальный человек должен спать минимум 8 часов. Я понимаю что крафт не про нормальных людей, но всё же. ) Так вот, за 8 часов можно спокойно запрыгнуть дуней или опс на коры дендры, подождать возможности полёта в локалке, подлететь к ней, проатачить флотом(убить гидров) и добить тараном. Даже элементарно отправляя дуни на её защиту есть вероятность случайного столкновения, как и при луноделаньи на тех же корах... если не хотите делать дендру мобильной в локальных корах, то может хотя бы переместите её на сверхвысокую орбиту?Quote: VasyaMalevich
