Title: Alliance cooldown message displays raw HTML and unclear countdown text

Environment:
Game: XCraft (web)
Feature: Alliance membership

Steps to reproduce:
#1) Leave an alliance
#2) Immediately try to apply for membership in any alliance

Actual result:
The following message is displayed to the user:
"You can not apply for membership in any alliance, since you have recently left the alliance. You can apply for membership again <span class="counter" time="531457" data-timer-time="1766947484">~6d 03h 37m 37s</span> later."

Issues observed:
#1) Incorrect grammar: "can not" should be "cannot"
#2) Raw HTML tags are visible to the user
#3) Countdown format is not user-friendly
#4) Message does not clearly state when the user can apply again

Expected result:
The message should use correct grammar, should not expose HTML, and should clearly communicate the remaining cooldown time or exact date/time when applications are allowed again.

Suggested corrected text (example):
"You cannot apply for membership in any alliance because you recently left one. You will be able to apply again in 6 days, 3 hours, and 37 minutes."
