Can you please explain what the difference is between Recurrent Debris and Total Debris please?  Because both your explanation and your math appear to be confusing, misleading and inaccurate. It appears through your explanation your confusing pre and post repair deposit drops and your recurrent and total debris drop percentages are all over the place.

If we were to fact check your explanation (without knowing what recurrent and total debris is): Before the introducing of repair, recurrent debris from participants of the battle were approximately 22% (30% debris minus gas). Then say you reduced recurrent debris from 30 to 25%.

STOP! If we go by the first bit of math. that would mean that recurrent debris is actually 18% (25%-gas). 

Next you explain that the recurrent debris after repair was 47%, but you reduced that down to 40%, and total debris drop was 43% but was reduced down to 20%. 
However you state that recurrent debris after repair is 47% which is still better then the classic 22% total debris?!

Stop! Um no. Recurrent Debris according to you is now at 40% and Total Debris is at 20% after repair, not including relevant gas. If Total Debris is now 20%, and gas reduction is constant pre and post repair, then including gas that would drop Total Debris down to 12%! How is this possibly better then 22% classic pre repair?!?

And how could a 7% drop in Recurrent Debris and a 23% drop in Total Debris be good by any measure of the game? That right there will tell everyone there is a reduction in debris and the percentage will bring it below previous standard drops! There is no way, by making things less, it will be more then before. Yet it sounds like your trying to attempt to sell us on the fact your nerfing the game...Again, while claiming its still better then what we had before, when obviously it is not! All your doing is basically making the players work twice as hard, for the same amount of debris they were getting before the nerf. wth?! pulling stunts like this is not the way to keep your player base.
