предлагаю ваще убрать должность РБ с проекта - так как по сути РБ дожен понимать и сам работать в команде но не должен быть игроком
вместо РБ подойдёт третейский судья - который будет утрясать конфликтные ситуации между игроками и администрацией
право нерушимого вето ( хотя бы на время переговоров с адмами пока не придут к консенсусу ), право оспорить насос, дать право особо упорным оспорить бан и доказать что игрок не тварь дрожащая а право имеющая

третейский судья не должен быть на другой должности вообще никак, будь то должность адмов или аулов(глава, сенатор, да хоть импирятор) кроме топ100 если его выберут из топ 100. если выбранный игрок получает должность третейского судьи автоматом то он покидает пост должности до этого

Дак о чем и говорю, первоночально в первый день и 2 было видно где реально голосут народ от мелкого ала или игрока до топа, когда у нашего ала всего 14 человек в сенате , а голосов за 30 у меня, то есть, голосовали за меня не только мой ал по принуждению, а народ и игроки крафта, представители всех коллективов, щас растут репки меняется сенат и растут голоса, вообщем все как обычно, щас выдавят всех с народа мелких игроков и мелкие алы и опять остануться топы.. Что ВМС что сенат будут рулить топы))



От альянса в сенате должно быть не более 10 человек!! иначе будут продвигать накачивание репы!!

10 человек от ала не более выбираются из самых высоких репок!! тогда все будет честно!!!
в альянсе а лучше считать на 100 человек 1 сенатор, максимум 10 сенаторов!!! ал 500 человек 5 сенаторов допустим от них! Но не более 10, нехватку сенаторов уже туда попадают те кто без альянса свободный в выборе!

Хотя считаю без альянсовых сенаторов нужно сделать фиксированное количество 20-30%

Вообщем дорабатывать вашу систему надо, где это виданно что б сенат менялся каждый день от того как топ алы набивают репы??
