1. A player outside of an alliance can only see objects within their visibility radius according to the current game rules.
2. A player in an alliance can see all objects located within the alliance's territory.
3. If an object belonging to an alliance player is outside of the alliance's territory, its visibility is available only to its owner and is not broadcast to other players.
4. Alliance visibility broadcasting is now free: the cost and associated restrictions have been completely removed.
5. Alliance titles/permissions: Overseer and Exemption from Mandatory Visibility Broadcasting have been removed.
